Support to BINUH
Alongside its support to the Gang Suppression Force (GSF), UNSOH provides mission support services to the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), enabling the political mission to carry out its mandate.
Under Security Council resolution 2793 (2025), UNSOH provides the standard range of mission support services to BINUH.
Through this support, UNSOH provides the operational platform that enables BINUH personnel to work and move across Haiti and carry out the Mission’s political, human rights and good offices activities.
This support is distinct from UNSOH’s support to the GSF, reflecting the different mandates and responsibilities of BINUH and the Force.
