Goma, November 4, 2024: The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) has launched the first round of a two-week "Training of Trainers" session designed for the Commanders of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (SAMIDRC). This program, which will run from November 4 to November 15, underscores MONUSCO’s commitment to enhancing peacekeeping capabilities and support to the FARDC for the pacification of Eastern Congo.
