UNMIK military officers were given medals and certificates during an award ceremony yesterday, held in recognition of their service. The three men and one women, who have been working with the mission for more than six months, were presented with the acknowledgements by Head of UNMIK and Special Representative of the Secretary-General Caroline Ziadeh. SRSG Ziadeh commended the recipients for their distinguished service under the UN flag in the interests of all communities and people of Kosovo.
